With this release, we are releasing our largest range of dealroom features to date. The aim is to make contract negotiations significantly more efficient, transparent and secure — both internally and together with external parties.
The focus is on collaborative work directly in the document, AI-based review and approval processes, and new options for organizing and automating contracts.
New dealroom editor (collaborative editing)
The dealroom editor has been completely redesigned and now offers a much clearer and more intuitive user interface.
new:
- Live editing: Several parties can work on the same document at the same time — including external parties.
- Turn-based editing: Alternatively, you can control who can make changes and when.
Your advantage: Faster reconciliation, no version conflicts and full transparency in the negotiation process.
You can now define AI evaluation rules at folder level. Once activated, the AI automatically checks all documents in deal rooms in this folder based on your specified criteria.
As soon as a deal room is considered “approved,” you can, for example:
- share the deal room with internal and external parties, or
- start the signature process directly.
Your advantage: Automated quality and risk assessment without additional manual effort.
Word documents (.docx) can now be uploaded directly to the dealroom. There you can:
- continue processing,
- comment and
- actively involve in negotiations — including changes by other parties.

Dealrooms are now displayed directly in the folder view without having to open them first.

Analytic Playbooks: New structure & AI editor
The playbook area has been structurally redesigned and more clearly divided into:
- Contract templates (templates for documents)
- Extraction templates (templates for AI-powered data extraction)
In addition, you have a new AI editor available. You describe what information you want to analyze from contracts — the AI helps you set up the appropriate extraction logic.

Automatic document storage through AI
You can define categories to organize imported documents in a structured way. Each category corresponds to a folder.
The AI then takes over:
- the automatic allocation of uploaded documents

CRM integration: HubSpot
With the new HubSpot integration, deal and contract creation is significantly simplified:

- Signature order (YouSign): From now on, you can determine in which sequence the parties involved should sign.

- Conditional approval workflow: Templates can now go through an internal approval process before use to guarantee the highest quality standards.

While a contract is being negotiated, you can now right click to insert a clause that meets your requirements. A simple right click opens a window with all available clauses — simply select the one that best suits your contract. Comments can be added in the same way as clauses.

With this new function, users can view contracts in advance as a PDF during the creation process and thus get a clear idea of what the final contract will look like.
