The dealroom editor has been completely redesigned and now offers a much clearer and more intuitive user interface.

You can now define AI evaluation rules at folder level. Once activated, the AI automatically checks all documents in deal rooms in this folder based on your specified criteria.
As soon as a deal room is considered “approved,” you can, for example:

- start the signature process directly.

Word documents (.docx) can now be uploaded directly to the dealroom. There you can:

The playbook area has been structurally redesigned and more clearly divided into:

In addition, you have a new AI editor available. You describe what information you want to analyze from contracts — the AI helps you set up the appropriate extraction logic.

Automatic document storage through AI
You can define categories to organize imported documents in a structured way. Each category corresponds to a folder.

While a contract is being negotiated, you can now right click to insert a clause that meets your requirements. A simple right click opens a window with all available clauses — simply select the one that best suits your contract. Comments can be added in the same way as clauses.

The clause library now supports seamless collaboration between internal and external stakeholders by allowing communication directly within each clause.

With this new function, users can view contracts in advance as a PDF during the creation process and thus get a clear idea of what the final contract will look like. Changes can be made at any time during creation to ensure accuracy and efficiency through to finalization. You can now download or print out the PDF directly.
